If ever there was a time to fill your wardrobe with bright, fun and happy clothes, 2020 would be it. Country Road’s latest collection, full of pieces with fun elements (key-hole backs, baby doll dresses) in a colour palette that spans soft peaches to vibrant watermelon really caught my eye for this reason.

How can your mood not lift when you are dressing in a colour reminiscent of a brilliant sunset or Aruban flamingos? Pantone even named this shade their 2019 Color of the Year, and said it “embraces us with warmth and nourishment to provide comfort and buoyancy in our continually shifting environment.” Could anything be more apt for the times we are currently living in?
