If the cool snap and fading leaves are any indication, Autumn has arrived. In Queensland, we tend to skip over the joy of watching Mother Nature gradually falling dormant before, and lazily unfurling after winter, so experiencing it this year in New South Wales is a joy.

This weekend, we decided to head out to Glenbernie Family Farm with our fur babies in tow, to pick some late-season sunflowers and zinnias.

With the finger-numbing temperatures of the early morning, demanding something more substantial than a summer dress, and the heat that crept in along with the sun, requiring something light enough to still be comfortable, I can now recognise why there is such a market for Fall Fashion.
